Stainless Steel XM19 Bolts are made of nitrogen-alloyed stainless steel having 20–23% chromium, 11–13% nickel, 4–6% manganese, 0.2–0.4% nitrogen, and minor amounts of molybdenum. These bolts have excellent mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength (~100 ksi), yield strength (~55 ksi), and elongation (~40%). They are also wear-resistant, tough, and retain performance at high temperatures. Due to their good corrosion resistance, durability, and non-magnetic state, they can be used for severe marine, chemical, and high-temperature conditions, and further possess resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
