Adam Stainless is the premier manufacturer and supplier of Canberra, Australia-based Stainless Steel 304H Bolts, providing top-notch fastening solutions designed to perform at high temperature and pressure levels. Our 304H bolts are made from high-grade stainless steel with a higher carbon content, which offers superior mechanical strength and heat resistance. These bolts, made to international standards, guarantee reliability and long performance under demanding conditions. Adam Stainless maintains precision, toughness, and quality control, producing products that go beyond the requirements of industry. 304H bolts find excellent application in refineries, heat exchangers, and chemical processing plants.
Stainless Steel 304H Bolts have 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and 0.04–0.10% carbon. The higher content of carbon improves tensile strength, creep resistance, and hardness at high temperatures. Tensile strength is generally 515–620 MPa, yield strength approximately 205 MPa, and elongation approximately 40%. They retain structural integrity and resistance to oxidation due to continuous exposure to temperatures up to 870°C. Their optimum blend of strength and corrosion resistance places them in the position to be used for industrial processes that work with heat and pressure.
