Stainless Steel 304H Stud Bolts consist of 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and 0.04–0.10% carbon content. This composition offers superior strength at elevated temperatures and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The tensile strength is around 515–620 MPa, yield strength approximately 205 MPa, and elongation about 40%. The higher carbon content enhances creep resistance and mechanical integrity. 304H maintains good ductility and toughness, even in high-temperature environments, making it ideal for heat exchangers and boiler components operating in aggressive industrial conditions.
